Got questions?

What makes your approach different from traditional physical therapy?
We combine hands-on treatment, movement science, and strength programming to address the root cause — not just the symptoms.

Do I need a referral from my doctor?
No referral needed. Book directly without dealing with insurance restrictions.

How does virtual care work?
We use an app-based system to support you between visits — so you can message Dr. Shane, adjust your program, and stay on track 24/7.

What should I expect in my first session?
A full evaluation, treatment, and a plan built for your goals. You'll leave with clarity and direction.

What should I wear?
Athletic wear that allows access to the treatment area (e.g., shorts for a knee evaluation).

How long are sessions?
Typically 60 minutes, one-on-one with Dr. Shane.

Is this just for athletes?
Not at all. We work with everyone — from student athletes to active retirees.

Do you treat chronic pain/post-surgery/kids/older adults?
Yes. Our approach is highly individualized and works for all ages and stages.

How do I book?
Use our online booking tool or get in touch via phone/email.
